In the design of our homes, the bathroom is often an afterthought; purely functional. Shower, toilet, sink; what else is crucial? For many of us, the bathroom is a sacred place, a sanctuary, a space to be isolated from the rest of the world, if only for a few stolen moments. Alongside this, these spaces deserve the same design attention we give to other rooms throughout our lives.
